During the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia, friends there told us of the loud reverberating terror of night bombing. In the curved bottom section of the drawing are dried rose petals in memory of those who died. Yugoslavia was the only socialist that stood up to Joseph Stalin, but it was a successful model of socialism nonetheless.
